Returns Policy

Returns: Non-Account Customers

Customers should choose items carefully as we do not give "Refunds" rather, we can issue a credit, if the item is in pristine condition as viewed by a Link Representative.

All returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Goods are in mint condition as viewed by a Link representative.
     
  • No refunds will be issued for the sale of firm sale items, CD-ROMS, Audio tapes or Black Line Master materials.
     
  • Misbound or faulty items will be returned to the publisher for replacement.

Returns: Account Customers

Goods will not be exchanged or refunded without receipt of purchase or later than 30 days of invoice date.

All returns are subject to the following conditions:

All returns must be authorized with our Shop Manager prior to the return of goods to Link Educational Supplies.

No returns will be issued for the sale of firm sale items, CD-ROMS, Audio tapes or Black Line Master materials.

All returns posted to Link must be expertly packaged and marked "Fragile" to ensure the products are returned in mint condition. Link will not approve returns that fail to adhere to these guidelines.

Misbound or faulty items will be returned to the publisher for replacement.

Refund Policy

When can you have a refund?

You are entitled to a refund under the Fair Trading Act 1999 if the goods you purchased:

  • Have a fault you could not have known about when you bought them.
     
  • Does not meet the criteria you were led to believe it would.
     
  • Do not match the sample you were shown.

When are you not entitled to a refund?

You may have no right to a refund when:

  • There is nothing wrong with the goods, but you have changed your mind.
     
  • The goods were bought for someone else who simply doesn’t want them.
     
  • You knew, or should have known, about any faults when you bought the goods (for example, if they were seconds or a sample).
     
  • No returns will be issued for the sale of firm sale items, CD-ROMS, Audio tapes or Black Line Master materials.

  • All items returned by mail must be expertly packaged and marked "Fragile" to ensure the products are returned in mint condition. Link will not approve returns that fail to adhere to these guidelines.

However, Link reserves the right to offer you are credit in good faith, if the goods are returned within 14 days of purchase (Account customers within 30 days of invoice date), in pristine condition and are accompanied by the receipt. There will be no credit offered for samples or seconds.

When are you not entitled to a FULL refund?

  • When there is damage to goods caused by your negligence, the supplier is entitled to deduct an amount from any refund/credit.
     
  • If you have used the goods for business purposes, you may not be able to get a refund for the entire amount.
