Does Link have a retail shop?

Link has retail shop premises in Mount Waverley which is open to the general public.

Our large range of products includes Primary, Secondary and Teacher textbooks and resources, educational games and stationery


What payment methods does Link accept?

Link accepts Cash, Visa and Mastercard.

Personal cheques are not accepted.

Welfare Agency cheques are accepted by prior arrangement.


Can I check on stock availability over the phone and arrange to have items held stock for shop collection?

Yes, we will can check stock for up to 3 items over the phone, and hold for 2 business days if required.


How do I place an order?

You can place your order by the following methods:

  • Telephone the shop on 03-9807-5422
  • Drop into the shop


How long does it take to process and supply an order?

If an item is not in stock, it usually takes approximately 10 working days to receive the item.


How will I know when my order is ready for collection?

You will be contacted by SMS or by Link staff.


Can Link check price and availability of items which are not held in stock?

In most cases, this can be done.


What is Link's returns and refunds policy?

  • Exchanges and Refunds will be made on any goods deemed faulty from the manufacturer.
  • Refunds may be provided on textbooks that are in their original condition (including intact shrink-wrapping and/or digital component not accessed where applicable) up to the 16th of February or two weeks after the purchase date, whichever is later.
  • All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase receipt.
  • Digital Products, DVDs, Stationery (including Calculators and USBs), Sale/Discounted items and items ordered by request are Firm Sale and cannot be returned.
